Our greatest ambition is that our customers are completely satisfied with what they purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we resolve your issue right away. Our refund policy varies depending on when you report the issue to us and the reason of the issue. If you decide to cancel your order before it ships, we do not charge any cancellation fees of any kind, you will receive a full refund to the method of payment that you used at the time of purchase. If you want to cancel your order after the order ships, whether it did not arrive yet and we can still reroute it, or whether it did arrive and you would like to ship it back, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product minus the shipping costs both ways as well as any warehouse restocking fees that are occurred when your unit is restocked. In many cases we ship our products directly from our vendors to our customers. Many times this allows us to save money on extra costs which we then pass onto our customers in the form of cheaper product prices. In the case where we shipped the product from our vendor, restocking fees can range from 5 - 35%. In many cases we are also able to get restocking fees waived. That depends on the nature and the reason of the return. Manufacturers are more lenient with restocking fees when the customer wants to exchange the product for a different product. If we ship the product from one of our warehouses we always do what we can to void restocking fees completely.
We are not able to cancel an order for a full refund in the case where the shipping company is taking longer than expected to deliver the order as this is completely out of our control. If a customer does want to cancel in order in such a case, then the above still applies.
