The SciFit PRO1 Upper Body Exerciser is a highly adjustable upper body exerciser that can be used either seated or standing. Both the head unit and the arm cranks are adjustable. The head can be tilted for users of all heights and the arm cranks have four range of motion settings. Arm cranks move in unison and can move either forwards or backwards. Resistance starts low for proper build up when exercising. The premium seat can also recline and swivel for easier usability. The user weight capacity for the premium seat is 450 lbs.
