The SciFit Total Body Recumbent Elliptical features a smooth, natural knee movement that replicates climbing stairs. This bi-directional exercise machines begins with a very low starting resistance to ease into the knee-to-elbow elliptical movement. It is designed with comfortable, sturdy orthopedic footbeds and dual position handles to allow muscle changes on the fly. The premium seat swivels and can adjust back and forth.
